You can sign into your QuickBooks company file and click the (?) Help icon in the top-right corner. Then, follow the steps below on how to proceed:
- Go to the Search tab and click on any articles.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter your concern and hit Continue.
- Choose how you want to connect with us.
Check out their support hours to determine availability.
In the meantime, manually upload your bank transactions to keep your records updated. Once the connection is restored, QuickBooks will reimport them. You can then exclude any duplicates during the review process.
