Which QB Desktop year version do you have? A one time license of QB Desktop 2021 or a new license of QB Desktop 2022?

QB Desktop Pro Plus 2022 Release R1P

Neither of the links are what I'm looking for.  I'm looking for about 20 people out in the field with company credit cards to send their receipts to me.  Right now, I get them all on paper and manually scan in all the individual receipts before matching them to each credit card statement.  Also - I'm looking for incoming invoices from vendors for payables, not outgoing client invoices for receivables.  But I will check out the Apps - - Thanks.
