How to generate profit and loss

In generating your profit and loss, here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu located on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
2. Click the Standard reports.
3. In the search bar, find and select Profit and Loss.
4. Customize the report as needed:
   • Adjust the date range (e.g., Last Month, This Year to Date, etc.).
5. Once customized, your Profit and Loss statement will generate automatically.

Once you have generated your Profit and Loss statement, you can now download it by following the steps below.

Here's how:

1. At the top-right corner of the report, click the Export icon (it looks like a square with an arrow pointing out of it).
2. Select Export to Excel or Export to PDF, depending on your preference.
3. Once the export is complete, the file will automatically download to your computer.

That’s it! You now have your Profit and Loss report ready and saved on your device.
