Creating a Report of Credit Card Charges by card by month

I need a report to show employee's credit card expenditures monthly--for example CC's listed in column 1, months listed across, but totals represent all credit card charges (not balances at month end).

I tried and tried to create such a report and I don't think it can be done.

 

It seems QuickBooks always wants to create a summary report for balance sheet accounts with opening balances and activity.
