Can anyone create estimates for existing customers? When I try to create an estimate on my QuickBooks app from my phone, I can no longer access my current customers.

I can only create estimates from my app through my phone if I create a new customer. I do not have any access whatsoever to existing customers.

In the QBO mobile app, you can enter estimates for already-added customers. Since you're unable to do so, let's troubleshoot your mobile app to resolve this issue.

 

Here are some quick steps:

 

  1. Change the Wifi data connection on your device to 4G (varies by device).
  2. Restart the app.
  3. Clear app data. To do this:
    1. Open your device Settings.
    2. Select Apps (varies by device).
    3. Select the QuickBooks app from the list, then Storage.
    4. Tap clear data.
  4. Restart your device.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

I tried everything you suggested, deleted the app and reinstall it two times and it did not fix the issue. I did find that I can go to the customers then add an estimate that way in order to be able to do estimates. I can go to “create invoice” and pull an existing customer, but I just can’t go to “create estimate” and pull in an existing customer.
