Considering that, I recommend submitting direct feedback to our Product Development Team to request this feature about setting up a time limit of when your employee can clock in and out in QuickBooks Time. Here's how:
- Hover your cursor to the Help tab beside the Bell icon and click it.
- Select the Suggest Idea option.

- Enter detailed information on your feature request in the Idea table.
- Once done, click the Send Idea tab.

Moreover, if they see that this feature can improve our users' experience when managing their employees' clock-in and clock-out time, they can add it to our future product updates.
