We're not seeing the message on Windows 11, just on every other OS.

Intuit,

We are seeing this message on all clients Terminal Servers. Server 2019, 2022, 2025.

Who thought this was a good idea? Our support desk is blowing up with this crap.

When will there be a update to turn this off?

For a company that is supposed to be supporting Accountants, to completely miss the fact the vast majority run QuickBooks on a Terminal Server is just utterly stupid.

Question? Are your hosted QuickBooks Enterprise customers seeing this popup? They are running on a Windows Terminal Server. Imagine my shock when logging into Rightworks and I did not see the popup.

So don't tell us you have no way to remove it from Server operating systems and the only answer is "OK to Ignore this".

It looks like Intuit has addressed the issue. The pop-up message now includes a disclaimer message and you can manually "confirm" that you accept the risk by typing in "yes" and then the message will not show again.
