When writing an invoice, the Product and service is not there

Hi there, @allenbell419. I know how important the Products and services feature is when generating invoices, since it allows you to add the items or services your business offers. Let’s review your invoice settings and perform some troubleshooting steps to restore your access to it.

To start, I’d like to ask if the Product/service you’re referring to is the label and column missing from the invoice page. If so, we can review the Manage settings to verify if the field is enabled. Otherwise, we can toggle it on so you can add your offerings in the document.

1. Navigate to the +New, then Invoice.
2. Click the Manage icon in the upper right corner of your screen.
3. Hover over the Customization dropdown.
4. Turn on the Product/service.
   

On the other hand, if you're referring to the product and services list being missing, I recommend clearing your browser's cache to access the program with a clean slate. You can also switch to other supported browsers for better compatibility.
