I had this problem last year as well. Can’t believe they haven’t fixed-

I did contact them to today and they could not find where to enter a SSN instead of the EIN #.  Any other suggestions?

It is utterly ridiculous that  for over a year, you can’t fix this. It just tells me you don’t care!

the government accepts SSN. So should you. 

The issue is not with an employee SS # the issue is with the company EIN#.  Why can't we enter our SS # instead of an EIN #?  This has been issue with QBO for a while.  Please hear our concerns
