OK, here goes...
What do you mean by "manage bank transactions"? My bank transactions don't need any managing, so I'm not sure what you mean.
And, how does it do that - manage the transactions?
No matter what the AI feature is designed to do, it makes my work much harder and takes a lot more time so I end up charging my clients more. This makes my clients unhappy, makes me unhappy, and makes it very difficult for me to continue recommending QuickBooks to my clients and other bookkeepers.
Please make a way for us to disable AI features.
The AI Business Feed does not help me do my job in any way. QuickBooks/Intuit is choosing not to allow it to be disabled. That is ridiculous.
RE: That is ridiculous.
That's an apt description of most of the recent QuickBooks Online new features/changes!
Today, I actually read the titles of the various articles on my Quickbook Feed before I clicked the X.
Three of the suggestions was to let Quickbooks access my bank accounts and emails from my customers.
I don't trust Quickbooks with my bank accounts. They can't figure out how to handle the most mundane of tasks, can't default my timesheet to today's date even. How could I possibly trust them with access to my bank accounts?
My business model does not incorporate anything in my emails that would feed into Quickbooks, so why should I give them access to my emails? That would, at best, just anger my customers and cause me to lose their respect.
One of the notes is the same one I have to click off almost daily. I know some of my invoices are overdue. Some of my invoices may not get paid for 90 days or more. I don't need Quickbooks to tell me this every day. They will get paid when they get paid. I am not worried.
