The timeline for receiving funds in your bank account depends on how you process payments through QuickBooks, aonecoresolutions.
To begin with, if you’re using QuickBooks Payments, we’ll deposit your first batch of payments within 5 business days. Initial deposits take a bit longer as we set up your account. Once the setup is complete, future payments will be processed more quickly.
You can check on the status of funds you're expecting at any time with the QuickBooks Digital Assistant.
However, if you don’t use QuickBooks Payments, the deposit timing will depend on the bank you use to receive the payment. Processing times can vary based on factors such as the payment method and the bank’s internal procedures.
