Please know that you can only process a refund within 60 days if you have an annual subscription for QuickBooks Online. This means that the 60-day money back guarantee does not apply to monthly QBO subscriptions.
For the refund, it would be best to contact our support team. Since you already canceled your subscription, you can contact our QuickBooks Support Team by utilizing our QBO test drive. You'll be directly routed to the account without entering your email address and password so you can reach our support.
Once signed in, follow the steps below to reach out to our representatives:
- Go to the Help icon.
- Choose the Search tab and then Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your concern.
- Press Continue.
