If the invoice page isn’t loading, it could be due to browser-related compatibility issues or an outdated session, Gavin. To resolve this, log out of your QuickBooks account and log back in to refresh your session.
 
Alternatively, switch to a different supported browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari, as some browsers may not support certain features, which can prevent pages from loading properly.
