I appreciate you reaching out, osxtheproducer3. The first thing you should do is contact Green Dot directly to report the loss. They’ll help you freeze your account to prevent unauthorized transactions and address the issue with your updated address.
 
Once that’s sorted out, you can request a replacement card through QuickBooks. Here’s how:
 
For QuickBooks Online
 
 - Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
 
 - Go to Bank Transactions.
 
 - Select View Card.
 
 - Click Replace Card or Reset PIN, and follow the instructions for the selected option.
  
For QuickBooks Money
 
 - Sign in to your QuickBooks Money account.
 
 - Go to the Banking tab.
 
 - Select View Card.
 
 - Click Replace Card or Reset PIN, and follow the instructions.
