Accidentally entered a wrong number for HMRC authorisation. Wont let me try again?

I appreciate you reaching out, Beach. Since the option to directly change the number entered for HMRC authorization after the process is complete is unavailable, I recommend contacting our live support team for further assistance.

 

As much as I'd like to assist you directly, our live experts can review your account in detail and help correct the HMRC authorisation setup so you can re-enter the accurate information.

 

They can also guide you through any additional troubleshooting steps if needed. To reach them, please follow these steps:  

 

  1. Go to the Help icon, then select the Search tab.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. In the box provided, describe that you accidentally entered the wrong number for HMRC authorisation.
  4. Hit Continue and then choose the Callback option.
