Could you please provide the name of your bank? This information will help us identify the root cause of the problem.
Once your bank feed stops showing the latest transactions, you can perform a manual refresh to update the page. Here's how:
- Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
- Click Refresh.

If the downloads are slow or appear to be stuck, the problem might be on your bank's side. Another option to resolve this issue is to log in to your bank's website and check for any maintenance notices.
Look for any messages, notifications, or alerts in your account. Also, check for any announcements about new security requirements that could affect the transaction sync in QuickBooks.
Alternatively, you can manually upload your transactions to continue your work. Here's how:
- Select the New transaction ▼ dropdown and choose Upload bank statement.

- Select the QuickBooks account for your file upload and choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upload.
- Click Yes, then select Got it.
If you have any additional questions, feel free to let us know.
