Once you cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account, your data will remain securely stored for up to one year. During this period, you will have the option to resubscribe to regain access to your information, then reach out to support for assistance if needed.
After one year, you will still be able to sign in using your existing credentials and resubscribe; however, your accounting data will no longer be available.
