Thank you for attempting to resolve the issue by reinstalling the app. I'd encourage reaching out to our Customer Care Team support to verify why the feature still doesn't appear.
In the meantime, you may consider uploading your receipts and bills using a web browser on your device. It works the same with how you access your account on your computer.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to Banking and select Receipts.
- Select Upload from computer.
- Follow the onscreen instructions.
After adding them, make sure to review those transactions in the For Review tab.
