Mobile App Problem on Customer's Name

Hi ! Please help ~:~
I had a problem using mobile app (IOS). The customer's name is not show on my Invoice in mobile & ipad. But some of the customers can show the name except the new customer I added in can't see. I read the Q&A in the team, understand to select Help & Feedback to Refresh the Data. But there's no Refresh for me to choose. Please advise........

Mobile App Problem on Customer's Name

I'm here to help you and ensure that your new customer's name appears in the invoice to your QBO app account, JL92. 

 

Let's ensure your QuickBooks mobile app and iOS (iPad) are up to date so you can open and use QBO accordingly.  

 

You may be using an old version of the QBO app and iOS (the app needs iOS 11.1 or newer to work correctly). It is necessary to update them to access new features and fixes. 

 

Let's update (you can also update apps manually on your Apple device) the QuickBooks mobile app. Here's how:

 

  1. On your device, open the App Store.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
  3. In the Available updates section, look for the QuickBooks mobile app.
  4. Hit Update.

 

Next, update iOS to the most recent version. Here's how to do it:  

 

  1. Go to Settings, select General, then tap Software Update.
    • If you see two available software update options, choose the one you want to install.

 

You can uninstall and reinstall the QBO app if the same thing happens.
