Credit notes appear twice in SOA (once as transaction, once as applied). Balance is correct but confusing. How to show it once or fix format?

There's no need to change the report format, as it should only be showing one Credit Memo.
Could you also verify if the transaction numbers match? We also need to know where you are viewing the "Applied" or "Unapplied" status. Please share any additional details or screenshots you have, as they will help us find a precise solution.
Since your report is displaying two, we need to compare the data to find the duplicate. Please cross-reference the two Credit Memos against the Customer's Transaction List and the Statement of Activity (SOA) report. This confirms whether both transactions appear in the customer's history.
