Thank you for reaching out, Kohlb102.
I see that your user is experiencing difficulties accessing QuickBooks Online (QBO). I'll guide you through the steps to resolve it effectively.
The inability to access QBO is due to several reasons, including pending invitations, incorrect login credentials, or restrictions tied to the user's roles or permissions.
If you recently invited the user but they haven’t accepted the invitation yet, kindly ask them to check their email inbox, spam or junk folder for the invitation. Once they find the email, they need to accept it to access QBO. Once done, they can create a new Intuit account or log in if they already have one.
Make sure they entered the correct email address and password for their QBO account. If they forgot their password, they can click Forgot Password? on the login page and reset it following the instructions sent to their email.
You can also double-check the email address associated with their user profile within your QuickBooks settings.
If the user can log in but cannot access certain areas or functionalities in QuickBooks, their user role or permissions may be restricted.
As the Primary Admin, you can go to the Manage Users section to verify their assigned role. You can also update their permissions if necessary to allow appropriate access levels based on their responsibilities.
