Thank you for reaching out to us. We had reports about this from users with invoices dated February 28. The workaround was to toggle the invoice date to March 1 and then back to February 28, and the 8% SR rate should become available. What's the date of your invoice?
The record shows this issue was already closed/resolved, so let's have some steps to see if you're just experiencing some browser issues. We can start by signing in to your QBO company using a private window. This step will disable the extensions and stops the cache from saving your search history.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
- Safari: Command + Shift + N.
- MS Edge and Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.
If private browsing lets you see the 8% SR rate, you can clear your browser's cache. If not, please use a different browser to see if this only happens to the one you are using.
