In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the Single Time Entry and Weekly Timesheet features don’t automatically change times by default. When times appear to be changing, it could be due to configurations, input behaviors, or system performance, Iyons.
You can use the Audit Log to track changes made to time entries. Navigate to Gear Icon > Audit Log and filter by events related to time entries to see who or what made the changes, or have your employees walk you through the steps to enter their times. It will help identify if there's a misunderstanding in data entry.
If none of these reasons apply, let's troubleshoot QuickBooks Online by clearing the browser’s cache. This process will delete temporary files and browsing history that could cause issues. Also, ensure you're using a supported and updated browser to avoid browser-related problems when entering time entries.
