Where to enter the amount of maximum $400 as Work from Home in Profile?

I didn't find the place to enter amount for Work from Home, which is maximum of $400 @$2/day.

 

Please advise.

Where to enter the amount of maximum $400 as Work from Home in Profile?

It s on the T777S form.  Choose Option 1 - Temporary flat rate method and simply enter the number of days.
