I'm trying to format a template using word and having issues when it uploads to Profile.

This line pulls through at the top?  Anyone seen this before and how do I fix it?

Hi, thank you for using Intuit ProFile Community

That is formatting from Word. If the template is created in Word that formatting will appear and must be deleted. That formatting will not appear if the template is edited in Wordpad
