I am not able to match the invoice in mobile app if currency is CAD. This problem exists since I opened account and still not solved.

Error: The exchange rate is null or empty.. But see no field to enter the exchange rate. On Desctop I see that field and it is prefilled.

I am not able to match the invoice in mobile app if currency is CAD. This problem exists since I opened account and still not solved.

Currently, the QuickBooks Online mobile app supports home currency transactions only. As a result, the option to enter exchange rates is not available at this time, dima-td.


We recommend accessing your QuickBooks Online account through a computer browser to manage multicurrency transactions. You can log in using this link: https://qbo.intuit.com/.


We also encourage you to share your feedback regarding the ability to enter exchange rates in the mobile app. Your suggestions can help our engineers improve the app and meet your business needs. Here’s how to submit feedback through the mobile app:


For Android devices:

 

  1. Tap the Menu button, then select the Gear icon.
  2. Click the vertical ellipsis () in the top-right corner.
  3. Choose Feedback, and type in your suggestions.
  4. Tap Send Feedback.


For iOS devices:
 

  1. Tap the Menu icon, then select Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose App Feedback.
  3. Enter your feedback and suggestions.
