How do I move my QB to a new computer?

What do you mean with "approved"? QB Desktop 2016 has been outdated since May 2019. Intuit servers may block your license when trying to reinstall it on a new PC. You will need to contact Support directly by phone to confirm. For now, you can use the trial version.

How do I move my QB to a new computer?

I'm using Quick Books desktop pro. I got it downloaded. Now I'm on a page that says Intuit Accounts Sign in. But there is no place to sign in

Most likely your license is blocked by Intuit servers. You can use the trial version as a workaround.
