Know that QBO is a cloud-based system that syncs seamlessly across your devices, allowing you to manage bills from your iPad using a web browser on your computer.
If you’ve captured a receipt on your iPad, you can access it through the For Review tab in your computer’s web browser. QuickBooks will notify you if it finds matching transactions in your records.
On the other hand, once you've posted a bill in your QuickBooks account through your iPad, you can pay it on your computer via the Pay Bills feature using a credit card or cash.
Here's how:
- Hover over to the + Create in your QBO account.
- Select Pay bills under Suppliers.
- In the Payment account, choose the account you want to pay the bill from.
- Choose the Payment date.
- Mark the bill you want to pay.
- Enter the amount to pay toward each bill in the Payment column.
- Once done, click Save.
