File Tabs.

When I open an existing file, there are only 3 tabs showing, T4, Info & T1. Other tabs I have used such as T5, T4A, T4OAS, T4AP, etc. are not there.

It is quite annoying. I have called last year and again this year, and I have not been provided any solution.

If you are still interested in an answer, you will have to provide a bit more information.

Are you referring to when you use the T1 preparation module, and for 2021?

Are you referring to when you open a new blank return to start preparing, or a return which you have just rolled forward from the previous year, or a return which you have already started, closed, and now come back to?

 

One suggestion is to go to the top menu and open OPTIONS

Then go to ENVIRONMENT

Review the choices in the first three tabs... EDIT, DISPLAY and FILE and familiarize yourself with what they will do and see if changing any of those choices helps you
