Why did my monthly subscription double for QuickBooks online?

I’d like to share some details about your QuickBooks Online (QBO) monthly subscription charges.

 

To begin, could you confirm whether you have applied a promo discount to your QuickBooks subscription? If so, please note that after the discount period ends, depending on the specific timeframe, your subscription will automatically return to its standard price.

 

However, if QuickBooks charged you for a double monthly subscription at its standard price, you can use the Look Up a Charge tool to review and gather more information about the charges on your QuickBooks Online account.

 

Here's how to do this:

 

  1. Click this link https://accounts.intuit.com/app/oicl to access the tool.
  2. In the Look up your charge section, enter the Payment method, Exact charge amount, and the Date of the charge.
  3. Under Why are you looking up this charge?
  4. Then, select It's not the amount I expected.
  5. Once done, click Look up charge.

 

Lastly, you can also contact our QuickBooks Live Support team. They can access your account in a secure environment and provide additional information regarding the charges.

 

Here's how to reach them:  

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Help (?) icon located in the top-right corner.
  3. Use the QB Assistant or the Search tab to find answers.
  4. Type Contact Us and follow the prompts to reach an expert.
