Are there plans to integrate an AI/AI Agent to take in a PDF or an image, a receipt, decipher the receipt's content, then attach it to the appropriate credit card trx?

Hello! Is QBO planning to integrate an AI/AI Agent to take in a PDF or an image (like .jpg), a receipt, then decipher the receipts content, i.e. look at its amount or the vendor etc., then attach that receipt to the appropriate bank or credit card transaction that has already been synchronized into QBO from the bank connection? The preexisting "receipt" upload feature was never able to perform such tasks and we do not wish to integrate external third-party apps. An AI/AI Agent/Agentic AI can likely perform this in QBO with ease...it would safe our bookkeeping LOTS of time. Thank you.

I can understand why this feature would be a huge time-saver for your bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Canada. Let me share a little info about that.

Being able to add this AI Agent can definitely help boost your productivity. Right now, though, this feature isn’t available in QBO. But you can send your feedback to our Product Engineers, they’ll take a look and might add it in a future update.

Here’s how you can do that:

Click the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
Write your comments or suggestions, explaining why the feature matters and how it could help your business.
Hit Next to send it in.
