anyone have problems with Amex updating transactions?

Let's troubleshoot the issues with your Amex transactions not updating, mcauleyderek1-gm.

 

Start by confirming whether your Amex account is showing any errors. In the meantime, I recommend logging into your online banking website to check for any messages or updates that may require your attention. If there is no scheduled maintenance on your bank's website, you can manually update your bank transactions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click My apps in the left menu and select the Accounting tile.
  3. Choose the Bank transactions tab.
  4. Click the Update button to refresh your bank feed.

 

If the issue persists after following these steps, I suggest contacting our support team for further assistance.

 

Here’s how you can reach support:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top menu.
  2. Select the Search tab and enter your concern. For instance, enter help.
  3. Click the Contact Us button and choose between Chat or Callback to connect with us.

 

While waiting for assistance, you can also manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online as an alternative.
