Personal Name will not update when changing in intuit profile

Hi there sarttg,

 

It's vital that all your information be entered correctly into your Intuit account. QuickBooks Online is a  great tool able to help you keep track of your books from anywhere with an internet connection. I can point you in the right direction for assistance with your Intuit profile. 

 

If you're wanting to change the name shown in the user list of your QuickBooks Online company, it's not specifically tied to the Intuit account so that would be why it's not changed after changing the name on the Intuit account. It would need to be changed by the Primary admin of the QuickBooks account in that section. 

 

For further assistance with updating your personal information, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to provide some assistance in making sure all the information is up to date. You can reach out to them using these steps:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
