May I know if the employee is set as closely held employees in QuickBooks? If yes, let's try to check if the employee settings are correct and are set to report employees on each pay run. Here's how:
- Go to the Payroll tab and then click on the employee's name.
- Click on Pay Run Defaults.
- Scroll down to STP income types and if it is set to Closely held employee, click on Report employee each pay run then click Save.
Once done, please try to create a finalisation event or an update to confirm if the amounts are now showing on each employee. Furthermore, I would suggest contacting our Customer Support Team to further check on your settings.
