Hi tranthekiet08199,
Thanks for posting in the Community!
PAYG is determined by the employee's gross earnings, the pay schedule, and their Tax File Declaration. We can check the employee's Tax File Declaration to confirm if the tax calculations selected are correct.
- Go to the Payroll tab.
- Select an employee.
- Select Tax File Declaration.
- See Tax calculation options.
You can also refer to the ATO's Tax Table for guidance or ATO's PAYG tax calculator, as our payroll system follows the ATO's PAYG Calculation. In addition, if you need to adjust the PAYG amount on a pay run, we can follow these steps.
- Open the pay run.
- Click on the employee's name.
- Select Actions and Adjust PAYG.
- Enter the PAYG amount.
- Select Save.
- See PAYG column to confirm if the amount is correct.
For your reference, you can also check this: Income Tax Calculator Australia (2024) - Pay Tax Calculator.
Let me know if you have any other questions of the PAYG amount in a pay run. I'd be glad to help.
