Invoice notes.

I want to add notes of what work was completed on each invoice. Currently I put the details in the item and it doesn’t go across the page. It goes more down than anything. I want to add notes to it that is easy to add and makes it neat on the invoice. I’ve tried adding notes and attachments but it isn’t working.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N

 

If it works, clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate. Alternatively, consider using other supported browsers.

 

You can also customize invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online to tailor your forms according to your needs. Another way to organize the template is by using custom fields.
