Has the problem of recurring transactions not being removed after entry been dealt with

QuickBooks will not remove any transactions you have created unless someone with access to your account deletes them, SteveMc1. I will discuss this further.

To begin, are you referring to transactions created using the recurring template? If so, QuickBooks will not delete transactions made using the recurring template, as it would affect your books. However, if you want to delete that recurring transaction template, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Recurring transactions.
2. Find the recurring transaction template you want to delete.
3. Click the dropdown icon under the Action column and select Delete.
