Date Format

Some of the new screens have the date format in the stupid American Month/Day/Year format even though my preference is set to the correct day/month/year format.  When is this going to be fixed as it is very frustrating.

We understand how important it is for you to have the correct day/month/year format, Tim.

To begin, could you clarify the transactions you are currently working on, specifically regarding the screen that displays an incorrect month/day/year format? Any additional information would be appreciated.

Since the issue persists after setting your preferences correctly, we'd recommend clearing your cache and cookies. Old or corrupted data can cause websites to act up or display outdated information. Clearing them can resolve these issues, allowing you to see the latest version of the site.

Also, we suggest using an updated browser to log in to your QuickBooks account. Updates often come with fixes for common issues, so using a newer browser can help you avoid problems that might pop up in older versions.
