Can I disconnect my credit card from the bank feed?

Yes, you can disconnect your credit card from your bank feed, @pamrhaigh. I know that having control over what transactions will get into your For review section is essential on your end. No worries, I'll back you up with the steps on how you can achieve this.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Transactions section from the left panel.
  2. Dive into your Bank transactions tab.
  3. Find the credit card account tile you want to disconnect and click the Pencil icon on its upper right corner.
  4. Tap Edit account info.
  5. Put a check mark in the Disconnect this account on save on the right side. Take note: If QuickBooks is downloading new transactions, you won't see this option. Wait a few minutes for the update to finish and try again.
  6. A prompt reminder will pop up; select Yes.
  7. Once done, pick Save.

Afterward, refresh your QuickBooks to reflect the changes you have made.

This should have achieved your goal in disconnecting your credit card account in QuickBooks. Let me know if you have additional questions about our software by replying here. I want to make sure that I covered all your needs and goals.
