I appreciate you bringing this to my attention. When you submitted your pay run, did you receive any errors aside from the loading screen?
If you did, you may refer to this link to resolve some common lodgement issues in QBO: ATO Lodgement Issues.
However, if you haven't encountered any of the errors provided in the article, I'd recommend reaching out to our Payroll Support so they can investigate this further using their tools.
Here's how to contact them:
- Sign in to your QBO account and click the Help icon on the top right.
- Tap the Contact Us button at the bottom.
- Enter a short description of your concern.
- Click on Let's talk.
- Choose the Get a callback method to be connected to support.
