My Subscription has been paid for but is not activiated. How can I fix?

I have paid for a years subscription. But when I log in to use QB it says Subscribe Now at the top left and says I have 30 days left on my trial. I do not have access to the basic features I need like sending invoices.

You may have both a paid subscription and a trial account connected to your login, @denniskooij51, and you may have accidentally accessed the trial account. It could be why the subscribe now message is showing. Let's get this sorted out!

If you used the same email address or login credentials when signing up for a paid subscription and the trial account, you can switch QuickBooks companies and access the paid one. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.
  2. Select the appropriate account under the Choose your company tab.

On the other hand, if you don't have access to these options or are unsure which account your paid subscription is tied to, you may want to contact our Live Support team. They have specialized tools to verify your subscription details and guide you in accessing the correct account.

If you have any additional questions or concerns while switching accounts, tap the Reply button below to leave a comment. I’ll be more than happy to assist you further and ensure everything is resolved within your QuickBooks account.
