Yes, you can export the unpaid bills report and download them. Let me guide you how to do export and download the report from the Modern view.

1. From the Reports tab search the Unpaid bills report.
2. Filter the Report period.
3. Click on the Export/Print option.
4. Click on Export to Excel.
5. A pop up will show asking you where to save the report from your computer.
6. Select a destination folder and enter a report name to easily locate the file.
7. Click on Save.

From your computer locate the Excel file based on the destination file you've selected and you can open the file to view and edit.
