Hi info-lashesbyrk-!
We can easily upgrade your QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online. I'm here to help you.
Here are the steps you can follow to upgrade your account:
Once done, your info like the email address will be transferred to QuickBooks Online. Some accounts don't have this option yet since this is a new feature. Instead, you can manually move your data.
What you'll need to do is create an account first in QuickBooks Online. Visit https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/pricing/ and choose a plan. In creating an account, you can use the same email you used in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Then, download your QuickBooks Self-Employed data. From the Transactions menu, select the transaction types, accounts, and time period you want to download and tap the Download icon. Save the file on your desktop so you can import it to QuickBooks Online.
I suggest you check this article for more details on how to upgrade: Switch from QuickBooks Self-Employed to QuickBooks Online.
