My client has to get set up for Einvoicing.  How do I set this up for them

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

In QuickBooks Online, we can enable the delivery option to add e-invoicing. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Sales and then go to Online delivery.
  3. You may also tick PDF attached.
  4. Set Additional email options for invoices to Online invoice.
  5. Then click Save and Done.

 

In QuickBooks Online Australia, online payment is available with the Accept Card Payments with PayPal app. Once you email an invoice to your customer, they have Review and pay button which enables them to pay the invoice with a debit card or credit card or PayPal wallet, processed by PayPal.
