Hi i have a symbol comming up on quick books in service date that is customize with a circle and in the circle is a bust head and shoulders how do i get rid of it please

Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get rid of the sudden appearance of the head circle symbol in the Service Date column in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Dogslife101.

To determine if the issue is related to your browser, we can access your QBO account using an incognito/private browser. It could be your browser's cache and cookies are corrupted causing unexpected behaviors while creating an invoice. Refer to these shortcut keys:

  • Mozilla Firefox / Internet Explorer: Press CTRL Shift P
  • Safari: Press Command Shift N
  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL Shift N

Once done, open an invoice to see if there are no more symbols in the Service Date column.

If it works, we can switch back to the regular browser and clear its cache & historical dataThis helps us restore the default setup of the browser. If private browsing doesn't work, we can use other supported web engines to get the best and most secure experience in QBO.

Additionally, I've included a few articles that outline how to customise the look of your invoices to match the branding of your company and record invoice payments to keep correct financial records:
