Hey guys How do I keep the same message with every quote I sent

I'll help you keep the same message when sending a quote to your customers in QuickBooks Online, JG.

 

You can create a Custom Form Style that you can use as a default template when creating a quote. This way, the default message will display in all quotes you will send.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click the New style dropdown, then select Quote.
  3. Enter the desired name for the template.
  4. Go to the Content tab.
  5. Click the pencil icon for the bottom box.
  6. Enter the details in the Message to Customer box.
  7. Hit Done.
  8. From the Custom form styles page, click the Edit dropdown arrow for the template and choose Make default to use this template every time you create a quote.

 

You can also create other templates. Just make sure to use the correct template for every quote you create.
