Can QB do this? MYOB has a unique email address for my business that I can send bills to and it will automatically upload the pdf into MYOB and create the bill?

QuickBooks Online currently doesn’t have a unique email address for forwarding bills or an automatic feature to upload PDFs and create bills directly, Lisa.

 

Since these are two separate systems, you can consider exploring third-party applications that can help streamline these processes for efficient bill management. You may also follow these steps in finding applications within your QuickBooks Online account:

 

  1. Go to the Apps menu and select the Find Apps or Apps tab.
  2. Click the drop-down list for Browse categories.
  3. Select Get Paid and choose the specific app that works best for your business.
