If you aren't able to submit an STP Pay Event after things have been connected on the ATO side, then there could be a few different reasons for this. First, I would recommend double checking that every step in this article has been completed correctly, and that the ATO portal is displaying the correct Software ID that is displayed within the Payroll section. If that has been completed, or if you have any further questions about this process, then I would recommend reaching out to our support team so that they can investigate things further.
