How do I set a rule to automatically recieve payments from sales?

right now, the sales come from shopify and add themselves to my sales.. but then I have to manually "recieve payment" for each one.. can I make a rule to automatically do this? not all my transactions are through my bank,, some are zip.. paypal. COP.. etc

Good day, @gwenni33.

 

The option to automatically match invoices to downloaded payments using bank rules is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

Bank rules can automatically categorise transactions for you so they go into the right accounts. However, this won't receive payments from your sales. 

 

For now, you have to manually look for a match when receiving invoice payments in the Banking page.
