Am unable to see all my expenses in GST filing. need help

Hello, @manju.shivakumar.

I'll make sure you're able to view your expenses. Let's run some basic browser troubleshooting steps to fix this. You'll want to open your account using a private browser or an incognito window. This is to determine if the issue is cache-related or not. Sometimes, the webpage is preventing the program from showing GST expenses or transactions.

Let guide you how:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift +N.
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N.

After that, pull up the GST report and check your expense transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search GST Liability Report.

You can also go to the GST Centre, and then Run reports. If you're able to view the transactions, you can go back to the regular browser to clear the cache. This process will help optimize the QuickBooks performance. However, if you're getting the same result, you can use a supported browser and view the report from there.
